Management

On behalf of the owner, BUPE collects all rental income and any OPEX due from the tenant. Payments are made to the owner monthly, and all expenses are managed, paid and apportioned as per the lease agreement.

Repairs, Alterations & Preventative Maintenance

BUPE offers a comprehensive facility management service to clients. We can arrange, supervise and control all service contracts for properties and at regular intervals. Determine the responsibility of remedial work and invoice and recover costs from the tenant if required. Review and plan a preventative maintenance schedule to preserve the capital value of the investment and control/approve building alterations or additions.
